Information Required When Registering an Account

Players must provide accurate and complete personal information when registering an account. vkyats reserves the right to close any account opened with incorrect information without prior notice.

• Name and date of birth — must match your national ID card or passport
• Phone Number — Myanmar phone number (one per person only)
• Payment Method — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay or CB Pay

One account per person only

A player may not open more than one account at vkyats. This is known as "Multi-Account" and if detected, your account may be closed and remaining balance forfeited without prior notice.

Account Security

Players must keep their login credentials and password confidential and must not share them with any third party. The player is solely responsible for all gaming and financial activity carried out on their account.

Deposit Methods

Players can deposit via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks. Deposits are credited to your account instantly once confirmed.

Withdrawals

The following requirements must be met when submitting a withdrawal request —

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 10,000 Ks
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit
• Standard withdrawal processing time: within 10–45 minutes
• Withdrawals may be restricted until account KYC verification is fully completed

Financial Prohibitions

Using the platform for money laundering or any irregular financial transfers is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, action will be taken in accordance with applicable laws.

First Deposit Bonus

On your first deposit at vkyats, you can receive a 120% bonus of up to 500,000 Ks. To withdraw funds from this bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 15 times before a withdrawal can be made.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses can be claimed once per player only
• Funds earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met
• Bonus period terms may change and the platform will announce any updates in advance
• If deliberate misuse of a promotion code is detected, all bonus winnings may be voided
• Wagering will only be counted on games played with the bonus in order to convert the bonus into withdrawable funds

Fair Play Policy

Prohibited Gaming Practices

The following cheating methods are strictly prohibited —

• Using bots or automated playing software
• Players colluding with each other to manipulate the platform ("Collusion")

• Transferring funds between accounts ("Chip Dumping")

If such activity is found, game results and winnings will be voided and the account may be suspended.

Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection, device malfunction, or server problem, vkyats will settle the result based on server data. Bonus funds will not be refunded for issues on the player's device side.

Player Responsibilities

Players using the platform are considered to have acknowledged and agreed to the following responsibilities —

• Providing false personal information

• Breaching anti-money laundering rules
• Being found to be under the age of 21

Self-Closure
