Withdrawal Questions
vkyats withdrawals are normally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. If your withdrawal has not arrived within that time, contact us via Live Chat with your payment details and player information. We will check and resolve it for you.

If a 'Pending' status has gone on for more than 45 minutes, contact us via Live Chat and provide your withdrawal reference number. Our support team will investigate and resolve it quickly. If the delay is on the payment provider's side, we can still check that for you right away.
Yes, withdrawals are only sent to the player's own registered KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, or CB Pay wallet. Withdrawals to a third party's account are not accepted for security reasons — this protects both the player and us.
The minimum withdrawal amount at vkyats is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals below this amount cannot be processed, so make sure your account balance reaches 10,000 Ks before attempting to withdraw. Note that the minimum deposit is 5,000 Ks, which is different from the minimum withdrawal amount.
Deposits
If your account has not been credited within a few minutes after payment, send a screenshot of your payment (showing the amount, date, and reference number) via Live Chat. Our support team will check and credit it for you. Keep your payment records and do not delete them.
Go to the Deposit section on the vkyats deposit page, select KBZPay, and transfer the amount to the KBZPay number provided. After the transfer, enter the reference number on the platform and click Submit. The minimum deposit is 5,000 Ks. Keep a screenshot of your payment.
KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay — the minimum deposit for all these methods is 5,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount cannot be processed. Note that first-time depositors can receive a 120% welcome bonus.
Yes, you can deposit with Wave Money. Select Wave Money on the deposit page, make the payment to the Wave number provided, and submit with the transaction reference. The process is the same as KBZPay, with a minimum deposit of 5,000 Ks. The same method applies for AYA Pay and CB Pay.
The vkyats platform does not charge players any deposit fees. However, payment providers such as KBZPay or Wave Money may have their own service fees, which are unrelated to vkyats. We recommend checking their fees in advance.
